     These green dressed olives are excellent.
     But the black olives (ripe olives) are also very good 🙂

     Thanks, Jalal. Yes, the olive tree is a symbol of peace.
     We all remember the beautiful image of a dove with an olive branch in its beak. It meant the end of the Deluge.
